Autotechnics is a business in the Automotive aftermarket industry that markets a wide range of car accessories, lamps, performance parts, car audio, alloy mag wheels,fiberglass products and spare parts.

NAMIBIA & NEIGHBOURING COUNTRIES:
Autotechnics Car Styling does not arrange any deliveries outside South Africa, you can arrange for your own transport or delivery service to collect your order from our store if need be.
All orders and invoices are South African Vat inclusive. You will be responsible for any duties, taxes or similar fees in your country
SOUTH AFRICAN ADDRESSES:
Autotechnics will endeavour to ship orders to any address in South Africa and will liase with customers regarding the courier costs.Orders will only be processed at our Hunter Street branch in Durban.Customers can make arrangements to get their goods picked up from store directly if they prefer to use their own courier services.Please note that these goods will never be released until proof of payment is complete and all monies are cleared.All Payments can be done via bank transfer or in-store payment.
LAMPS/LIGHTING & BULBS
These products DONOT carry any warranties once the product leaves the store. We recommend that these products be installed by a professional fitter. Autotechnics will however honour any Warranty/Guarantee for these products should they be fitted by ourselves/instore or in our fitment centre.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We do not currently work with international orders.E mail us should you require some assistance in this regard.
DELIVERY TIMES:
Most of our products are available in stock thus allowing us to ship orders as soon as payment is completed. An average of 2 to 5 working days is expected to major cities and 8 to 14 working days to rural and outlying areas.
Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified and offered a suitable replacement, an option to wait a few more days or a complete refund.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns within 7 days of customers’ receipt of product.However,the products should not be used at all as well as proof of purchase(invoice) and the original packaging will be required.Autotechnics will refund the client within 30 days.
NOTE: CUSTOMERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE FULL COST OF THE RETURN OF THE GOODS and Credit will be issued in the same form as payment
Returns must be shipped via traceable courier. Return shipment must be pre –paid and fully insured for the amount you expect credit for. In case of loss or damaged goods, customer is liable for payment.
SPOILERS & BODYKITS
All of our kits are fibreglass (unless stated otherwise on the product description)
Our Spoilers are all made and stringently tested to fit properly.
To ensure a proper fitment please ‘trial fit’ these products to your vehicle before spraypainting, Autotechnics will not be held accountable for labour & paint costs on return of items.
Should a product be warped or unable to fit correctly. We will gladly swop out or refund u on this. We strongly recommend to take these products to a professional panelbeater for installation.
We shall try our utmost to give you the best information available before you purchase our goods and please feel free to request if you would like more assistance regarding the product you are buying. It is hard for us to change/swop goods that you have ordered from us if you don’t like it. IF you have not seen it before, please go into a store similar to OURS and have a look at it or REQUEST for a picture to be emailed to you from us.
